In April Eyemouth Freezers began co-packing vegetarian sausage products. This involved a substantial investment in a dedicated allergen line to handle soya, egg and gluten. This also meant introducing a second dedicated crimp seal bagging unit. This will allows us to further expand the current services that we can offer our customers, as a co-packer for their intermediate frozen product.
