Improvement Project Begins
Eyemouth Freezers improvement project is underway. This investment project will not only increase our processing capacity, but processing efficiency in regards to our core seasonal processing. At the heart of this investment is a new IQF freezer with a capacity to not only meet the increased demands of our current product, but to also open up new potential business opportunities outwith the harvest period. A 10 tonne per hour freezing capacity, with the upstream ability to blanch or rehydrate, packing downstream into bulk containers, cold storage on site, then on to our dedicated retail packing plants (Allergen / Non Allergen as product dictates), making us the one-stop shop for your processing needs, whether they be vegetable / vegetarian based.
